Refund policy

Returns 

We hope you love your Furies bag.  In the event that you do not, or you have second thoughts, we accept website returns within 15 days of product receipt for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

To be eligible for a refund, all products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories and dust bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.  Refused items will be returned to you at your cost.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 15 business days for your return to be inspected and processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange your item we recommend returning it for store credit then placing a new order for your desired item. 

Items must be returned in original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for store credit. Please note we are unable to guarantee stock availability for any exchanges, and all exchanges for store credit are final. If you return your exchange, you will be refunded with store credit.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 15 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. 
To be eligible for either a return or an exchange, items must be:
  • Full-price (sale items, limited editions, and items marked "Final Sale" are not returnable)
  • Unused and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact (including dust bags)

Original shipping, insurance, and duties costs (if any) cannot be refunded, and if you are returning part of a set or applied any quantity discount codes to your order, your return will be adjusted accordingly.

Refunds for store credit are final. We do not offer price adjustments.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale.

Please Note:

  • Inspection: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method(s) or gift card / store credit (if selected) once the returned items are inspected (allow up to 15 business days).
  • Gift cards: Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded back to the same gift card. If the purchase was placed with both a credit card and a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the same gift card(s) first then the credit card. 
  • Ineligible items: We cannot accept returns on items that are worn, damaged, have tags removed, or are missing packaging. 
  • Non-returnable items:  Sale items, limited editions, "final sale" items, customized/personalized items, gift cards, shipping charges, and international shipping fees/taxes/duties are not returnable.
  • We monitor the frequency and condition of returns and cancellations. Excessive returns or cancellations, or any disregard of our terms and conditions, may result in account closure or the inability to place future orders. 

Order and Address Changes

We're not able to accommodate order or address changes at this time, and suggest cancelling your order and placing a new one. To cancel your order, please contact us at barbara@wearethefuriescollective.com as soon as possible with your cancellation request, and we will do our best to accommodate.

We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges if our requirements are not met.
