US Standard Shipping takes 4-7 business days 
USA Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.  Please note that FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. 

Please allow extra transit time for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii. 

International Shipping - International deliveries may take up to 2 weeks depending on your specific location. If you're ordering from a major metropolitan city, your order will likely arrive sooner. Please note: It is not possible to anticipate, show, or calculate customs duties and import taxes in your cart or during the checkout process. Customer is responsible for any customs duty, import taxes or related fees owed.

All shipping times are estimates, we are not able to guarantee any shipping timelines. All items take between 24-48hrs to process before shipping, excluding weekends.

Preorders

Items available for preorder will be clearly marked. We will do our best to deliver your item by the estimated ship date, and will keep you notified of any changes.

If you have both in-stock and preorder items in your order, they will be fulfilled together when the preorder item is available. Please email us if you’d like to ship items separately and we will try to accommodate.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or missing orders

If you think your package is lost, email us at barbara@thefuriescollective.com right away with your order number and we'll try our best to help resolve the issue.

Please note that The Furies Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Be sure to check with your neighbors or building front desk to see if they may have your package.
